Zenith Career Seminars

Zenith Career Seminars – (www.ZCSeminars.com) is a division of Verstandnis Corporation and operates as Zenith Career Seminars in the US and Europe. ZCS was formed to counter the issue of the skills gap and to better prepare individuals who are beginning their career or changing their career trajectory. ZCS seminars assist in the development of critical thinking skills, communication, career enablement and leadership with character.

ZCS also provides seminars that are aimed towards building data literacy and closing the data-skills-gap.

Why did I start Zenith Career Seminars?

I have had the privilege of working for several world class companies throughout my career. But more so, I have had the experience of being an individual – who has been educated and worked in both the “blue collar” field as well as the “white collar field”. While I will not saying I am the only person to have taken this career path, I do believe that it is more unique than the more common pathway of education->career->retirement.

Within the blue-collar and white-collar career path, there are similarities relative to managing individuals and relationship management, but there are also differences in the way that problems are approached and people behave. Each pathway has its own attractors and detractors (pro/con). This is a contributing reason as to why I started Zenith Career Semiars (ZCSeminars.com).

While there are courses in Leadership for those in the work force, there is not an abundance of information that is shared to those who are “early” in their career, or those who have yet entered the work force. ZCS provides information for these cohorts via its seminars.
